Many people want to give up their work, duty, responsibility and want to do only sadhana. This is an intention which can be seen in many advanced souls. There seems to be some kind of pull towards the world. The main reason is avarna.

This covering or avarna allows the Maya and karma to operate. This cannot be broken by understanding alone. Many of the so called lecturers in Adviatha School try to make people aware that the world is distasteful.

For many souls it takes many life times to break this avarna of attraction towards worldly objects and worldly people.

A great beings blessing, repeated visualization, using chants and regular practice of meditation can only break it.

A great soul will have spiritual ambition compared to the normal people. This spark can become fire when it is stimulated.

Many so called normal people who take spiritual life or sanayas normally get attracted to the world and try to become famous guru or preacher or teacher very fast due to this avarna.

The same attraction is there for women. Whenever a man looks at women he can think of fornicating her. A advanced soul will look at the pains and perils of being a women.

This also operates when you dislike someone. You can only look at their weak point than the strong points.
