So any customer or customer feel or try to twist this principle, then we may struggle to serve customer. In this case, we will refund the full service amount paid to us by the customer.
We always want the customer to have 100% or more impact. Therefore, we check the timing or muhurtha and set the rituals accordingly. We also explain this to the customer. Even after repeated explanation, if customers want the ritual in the wrong muhurtha, we will issue the refund. If the customer is not satisfied, we wait for an explanation from the customer. If the statement has no moral basis or proof, the dissatisfaction is not taken into account. Then the customer cannot initiate the refund either. If the complaints and dissatisfaction are expressed by the customers after 2 days after the completion of the ritual and the receipt of the videos, the refund cannot be made.
If, after the determination of the homam and the pooja, there is a cancellation on the part of the client before 6 hours after the performance of the service, aadhesh rituals reserves the right to change the date, time and priests of change the performance of the service.
