THE HATRED OF KULA

We can look at the problems of the world from a different perspective. Hatred or disliking can run very deep which can lead to murder, death and arson. This is seen at various levels

kutumba - between two families. This is seen in the story of Romeo and Juliet. Secondly this theme is repeated in many movies, Especially in Tamil movies with a lover tale.
Vamsa- two vamsas or lineage are at logger head. They will kill and destroy each other. Not many examples are there. Actually if one sees the relative’s you can see so much of disturbance and disharmony
jati - which means caste. This is one of the problems in India where the lower caste fights with the upper caste. Hatred for Brahmins runs beyond rational level in India.
Varna color of skin- this is seen in America or slave trade nation, where the black color people is subjugated by the white colored people. Black hates the whites or vice versa for no apparent reason.
Then there is kula which is the racial karma. There is hatred between two races, for example Sinhalese Vs tamilians, the Bosnians and Serbians. These are ethnic conflicts which can be cleared with a single dimensional approach like peace talk etc.
Then there is conflicts between religion- Hindus and Muslims, Sikhs vs. Muslims. Worldwide there is a trend to be in logger head with the Muslims.

These conflicts have common pattern. A small trigger is enough for large scale violence. There will be events, situations, leaders and circumstances which will trigger violence constantly in a cyclic fashion.
For example take the action of Dalai Lama which would look foolish from the world persepective, from karmic perspective it is different. Take the case of LTTE chief prabhakaran who was the cause of death of so many Indians and srilankan people. Many people committed murder and violence that will run into many generations. Deep inside the hatred will be in the bones which cannot be healed very easily by peace talk etc. Take the case of Jews and Muslim. Many people would not even see their enemies physically. They would hear about Jewish or Arab people and develop instant and deep dislike. They would like to take revenge. Hatred for this people will not be lip or mind or feeling level. It will be in the blood, bones and genes level.
Take the case of milarepa. just hearing his story one feels inspired to meditate. Same way they will have leaders who will inspire to kill people or create more violence. Gillani of Kashmir separatist moment is an example for this. Words will incite mob and violence which will get justified and rationalized.

How does one solve this? The problem has to be worked in a multi dimensional level. First is prayer, blessing and practice of loving kindness. This has to done by a great being or guru like padma sambhava or shanthi deva or like agastiyar or bhoghar.
I am writing in the multidimensional ways. Imagine all these happening at the same time.
first slowly few people will change then it will be in 10s, then it will 100s, then it will 1000s then it will be 10,000s then it will be lakhs of people changing .
First it will start in one place then it will spread like a circle across many places in srilanka or Israel. There will change in the political structure, leadership in the local level and government level
New policies, systems and structure will emerge
The media from creating awareness will start influencing positively. There will be movies and literature which will change the people.
Trade situation will force people to cooperate.
There will also be opposing group for peace who will get eliminated slowly and surely. Some by death and sudden twist in the nature.
There will be religious leader, who will influence positively on forgiveness.
Then there will be political system which will change, normal people have to work for 5 to 8 generation to make it happen. Secondly these people should not have broken chain. One can achieve this within 30 years if a great guru with 100 disciples meditates for 30 years.
The change will be felt in economic, social, geographical and finally in the political level.
The way is long and will look silly and out of place. But love and forgiveness heals and cures problems easily in the long run. Any jingoistic philosophy brings only pain violence.

May I dedicate this merit to the happiness of all beings who suffer from torment of wars and violence.
For birth of son like milarepa for me, into my lineage,
May we unbroken great beings born in to the lineage which serves the world peace and integration.
