CAN YOU PRAY FOR THE WORLD?

I use to think that praying for others is very easy. Suddenly I realised that many people are not given the privilege to pray. Mark my words it is privilege. Many people due to work, circumstances and situation cannot pray. Due to thick karma many people cannot have faith in god and do prayers.
The second categories of people are those who work as priest in temple. It is unfortunate that due to karmic push and pull they see god as business. It is very difficult for them view the deity with sacredness and love which ordinary devotee carry over. Finally only some people are allowed to pray. If every one were to pray in Chennai of offering even one mala every day and in just for 48 days the consciousness of Chennai will have massive shift. Few pray for many people to have peaceful life.

I used to get very angry with my mother for not praying for me to have a child. I realised she did not have spiritual strength or power in her to pray for me. Do not get me wrong. My mother had love for me. But to pray for her son she would require a very high consciousness. Actor govinda’s mother used to pray and teji bachan she use to pray for amitbah bachan’s success. There fore even parents can not pray many a times. They have strategy and tactics. I met a man from New Zealand who wants his children follow Indian way of life. but he was fighting and arguing instead of praying. Many times when we have difficult boss to handle or problematic money situation, we do not pray. You are given problem according to our strength. Many people think that they should not pray for material success. It is a wrong notion. Pray and use the situation to evolve consciousness.

The owner of my office space wanted me to vacate the place. I was initially confused and then I prayed for the situation. I became calm with the house owner. In fact I had sent blessing for him. I also found some options. When you pray the emotional and mental body will be filled with divine light. The third eye opens and the spiritual cord becomes big which will help you deal with the situation peacefully, easily and effectively.
I went to one place to buy honey. They had kept a small photo of danvantri. Next day morning some one from England called me and asked me to pray for their son who has had continuous vomiting. I realised it is a privilege and mentally thanked that man who had given me the opportunity to pray. I dedicated one mala of the danvantri gayatri. Not many people will be asked to pray. People who pray will be tested.
Now there is a rule in the prayer. As u pray better situation or options will not be given. Tougher people and tougher situation will be given. It is not that we will be appreciated for our prayers. Our own family members will be sent to test our patience, understanding and power of prayers. Many a times people outside would appreciate us and people whom we know will send us verbal darts, missiles and indulge in psychic warfare. I got a letter of appreciation from someone and immediately I know that some one will be sent to attack me. Many people do not put god before they try to solve the problems. They pit their own will, idea, intelligence and knowledge to solve the problems. When they do not succeed, they get fed up and trust and ask for god help and then it happens.

advitians believe that we are god. There is a subtle distinction. We are part of the god, we are not god. parabrahman is god we are brahman, we can experience the god’s nature in us or our personality nature. I found that with out understanding this many people get stuck in this concept. Godly nature and god is two different thing. My teacher used to say that if you are god then one should be omni potent, omni loving, omni knowing, omni presence and omniscient. Great siddhas and buddhas have this quality. We have to strike a balance between praying for oneself and praying for others. Advanced souls will be given cyclically, both the situation. If I am very good in my prayer I would be sent to LTTE camp or to Srinagar or far that matter to Iraq. Great meditators will be given tougher places and in fact Buddha had people who tried to murder him.

May I dedicate this merit for the birth of son in my lineage, my brother’s marriage, my sadhana to grow stronger and to the formation of spirtual lineages of my style of astrology.
