PSYCHIC WARFARE IN ASHRAM AND AMONG STUDENTS

Every ashram or spiritual institutions start with very noble intention. As days passes by the lower nature people come in and there is open and subtle warfare.

Between two religion-this common in the world. Hindus vs. Muslims etc
between two sects- the Sunnis and shias, the Brahmins vs. dalits etc
Between two lineage - the ISCKON vs. the gaudiya mutt lienage.
Two old disciples of the a guru for example yogananda paramhamsa’s disciples got scattered and rajneesh disciples another example between two guru’s- puri shanckarcharya vs the kanci shankaracharya.
I have had strange experience. The moment I introduce any one to my teacher, people change. I have no problems in asking people to meet my teacher. He just does not want anyone to meet him. If some one is not taken they think I have some vested interest. Then there is another problem. When for destiny reason they are taken to my teacher they start abusing me. They think my astrological skill is useless, I must have got every thing from my teachers, they are equal to me. In fact they think I should fall at their feet because they are more advanced in disciples etc.

First of all my teacher does not know astrology. Many times he had taken consultation on his mantra sadhana which I think is a great privilege. He is skilful in many areas. That does not mean I am useless nut and one copy cat. I am the only person who does not follow vamachara tantra yet he allows me. He is very demanding and stern with love. In my 20 years of experience with him many people have left him due to his uncompromising nature. The gurus do not have problems but the disciples have problem. The moment some one meditates for few hours they think they are yogis and believe every one should fall at their feet. Others are useless bums who are wasting time doing astrology or even work.

When my meditation deepened reversed happened. Lot of reverence for life has happened. I started respecting all traditions, all religions, all sects and all gurus. Every day when I start my prayers I pray to the entire guru. I meet teachers from other sects whom I respect and treat them with dignity. Spiritual novices act as if they are best and their teachers are the best and rest are worst. There is a friend of mine who commented on my madhusudhana who meditates with my teacher for more than 11 years. This fellow says that madhu does not have aura or the energy. Now I have wondered many times how madhu has survived such strong energy of my teacher for so many years. Just because the person keeps quite, this fellow think he is muff and useless.

People have fear and limitation in their perception. It is the same ladder game. I am better than him or best than him. Comparisons are useless in spiritual life. God’s work is so big that even 100 avatars are to be born, it can not be completed. Imagine all beings even little insects’ and an unseen bacterium has to get enlightened. Spiritually practise will lead to kindness, patience and humility. There fore the initial mark, these days I pray that every one who practises meditation should be more successful than me.
I, me, myself and egoistic tendency can be carried into spiritual realms and one needs to be very careful. This game in spiritual life is a difficult cure. I work for god and do not have competition. Every sadhu, meditators and worldly person works for god. Even if god does not give enlightment in this birth it is ok. Even if many millions of people will get enlightened before me it is ok. I thank god for allowing me to pray today. Even if the whole world possesses greater psychic ability and satvic nature than me it is ok. I pray for the love of god not because he will make me some one.
Some one asked a teacher how long will it take for me to see god. Teacher said it depends on certain things. If I want to get enlightenment, then how long? May be couple of million of years. But if you meditate the whole world should get benefited with your enlightenment and if you want to get enlightened for others sake because many beings are suffering with ignorance. Your words, action and energy will become their medicine to cure, to pull them out of suffering then may be in this life time you can get enlightened.
The root of suffering is selfishness and the cure for this is selflessness. Whether meditation or money or marriage or education it is the same pattern. My teacher told me that if you are self less then you can experience god’s presence.
God does not come to people who hate his creation, people and world. He comes to people who pray to him but also love the world and ready to serve human beings with love. This is called as the attitude of bodhi satava.
One man wrote me that you have contradicted what you said 5 years ago. He said “you call yourself as humble pie dog and yet you are not humble. All I can say bless me so that I grow beyond imperfection and be perfect according to your expectations. To be born means there is limitation that is all. Work of love and growth in never finished in this life time. It carries on from one life to another till we realise the oneness.

May I dedicate this merit for the birth of son in my lineage, my brother’s marriage, my sadhana to grow stronger and to the formation of spirtual lineages of my style of astrology.
