SADHANA
Every one does sadhana. If you remove the activity, person, place, role and then you look at the world every one does sadhana, in their own level and in their own way and aspects. My teacher said very nicely. This world is of dreams, but then one needs the guru, sadhana mantra and kshetra to practise the sadhana. One who does not have this is lost. Some people do sadhana on samsara. One of the fastest areas of growth in samasara is sports, arts like music, dance, astrology etc,. If a man is wise he can use business or even politics. It is tough though not impossible. Many working people do not have guru or for that matter a person whom they aspire or admire to be. unsuccessful, criticise, find fault and deep inside cannot admire or respect for that matter. All sadhana will have fear, doubt, and anxiety at the emotional level. Even sachin tendulkar will have doubts and fear. This is part of the god’s way to remember him. There are other components of the sadhana Sacrifices- one has to sacrifice work hard and give up unnecessary things. Have a clear focus to achieve the goal. Many great people who have won accolades in the world have such a clear mind and concentration. They will give up any thing to get what they want. Secondly they have supportive people for the sadhana. Many people who fought their way had initially resistance and barriers with people which they will over come. Challenges and break from one level to another- each level of cricket gets tougher. One needs to understand that one can have slow progress to success from one level to another. Always learning and being truthful to one self. My teacher used to say that sincerity will help a person to grow fast in sadhana and also being true to one self.
