THE SEX RITUALS

Many people are fascinated with tantra. They also talk of the vajroli the way of containing the semen. First of all unless you experience it is very difficult to see the real use of the method. Secondly when one keeps breathing longer one cannot ejaculate. For example one can see when one is about to ejaculate one’s own breathing will become faster. So fast in breath and out breath is almost less then 3o seconds. Longer the breath slower is release of the semen.
The third principle is just holding the breath one can not ejaculate. The ejaculation stops immediately. This is subtler method but requires practise and can be done anywhere. Among the physical methods aswini mudra is very good. if the anal muscle is not dilated one can not ejaculate. One can physically check it out.
Instead of vipreeat karini one can sweep the energy up. all sexual sublimation techniques is to send the energy from base chakra to the higher chakras. That is all. If
