Many people in spiritual line struggle with sexual sublimation. Of course for many saints celibacy comes with age or because they are born celibate. Those who have experienced sex and wanting to be celibate have a big problems. One can have sex with out ejaculation. This is in accordance with the tantric version of celibacy. I have never seen some one like sensei kirties futnani or master choa who are very clear on bramacharya or on the techniques. I am grateful to these great gurus.
First of all sublimation has to happen on many levels. Many so called saints are not even aware of this simple truth.

energy level

Physical level can be done easily by many people and for some people it is tough. Why because some people have bigger sexual appetite than others. This is never accepted in hindu tradition. Some of them have been addicted to masturbation and they will also find sexual life very difficult to manage. Following people will have bigger sexual appetite

First of all when one meditates the sexual samasakara or seeds get awakened. Secondly visualisation capacity and the speed of thought increases. This when you combine with meditation can make a person sexually very addicted or horny. Most people cover there sexual habits with masturbation. Even many women use the masturbation as a way of escape and release. They use clitoris stimulations. Any way when one meditates the energy gets locked in pelvic area and the pressure builds. The chakra will trigger the imagination and the rest will follow the course.

What to do for that.
Following techniques will help you a lot. Learn aswini mudra. Do aswini mudra 25x 5 cycles. Generally if the anus is tight it will be difficult to ejaculate or even get excited. One of the reasons many people ejaculate fast is due to anal which is dilated. Right now also check it. If one puts tongue in the roof of the mouth then concentrate on the third eye and hold the breath. Then if you do aswini mudra it will be very good. It is a deadly stuff. Do it every day. Not only ejaculation rate will decrease and also this is one of the basic techniques and fast for sublimation.
Rotation of naval button - do it clock wise. Do it for 50 times. Do it for 50 x 3 times. this will help to release the energy locked in the navel.
You can also do hip rotation, back bending, touching the toes, hip swaying or semi squat position. All these will help you to release the energy from navel
Slowly massage the balls or linga or yoni and it will also release the energy. Then pull the energy up the chakras. Also try do self massage with your own hands in all parts of the body. It will help you to circulate the energy.

Now for the breathing level
Learn to breathe slowly. 15 second cycle per breathing is enough. When a cycle becomes less than 2- 5 seconds one gets sexually excited. Breathe slowly. Combine with the lifting of the energy from mooldara to saharsara chakra. Do this cycle 5 times before going to sleep or when ever you feel excited it will be very good to sublimate.
There is variation in this. Bring down again the energy from sashara to mooldara. This upward and down energy makes one cycle. 5 cycles is enough.
Sending the energy down the legs from the mooladara chakra. This is also powerful technique not only will it ground the energy but also will help to sublimate faster. Do it 50 times. Imagine white light going down the legs from mooldara. Legs will be strong and you will feel much grounded, in control and at peace. One can develop this kind of routines that will suit us. Basically breathing should slow down and secondly anus should be tight.

How to kill the visualisations-
if you close your eyes and have sex, you will lose the battle. Breathing will become fast and urge to climax will be fast. Have sex with open eyes.
Secondly never fantasize. The more you do more you will be weak in sex. It is the mother of all imagination. Urge will be too much to have sex, do not fantasize. When it arises use mantra. This will help you to be celibate in your life.
Use mantra and break the hold of imagination. One can do shanmuki mudra to over come any fantasy, pray and look all the women or man as divine beings. Treating people as shakthi and shiva. Then also see hair becoming gray and old, think of death, all these will come due to god’s grace and guru grace. Pray and invoke the divine grace for you to look at the women completely and not one aspect of the women.

Energy level
There will be lot of projections. This is problematic for women who is fantasized by men in masturbation. In the night one can see thought form coming and hitting. Many times women feel horny because they are projected upon. Best is to cover yourself with golden light or psychic protection or reading some kavacha or to have salt water bath.
When you look at the yoni of the women they emit a red kind of colour from the yoni. This is yoni invitation. Many women are not conscious of this. If a woman can consciously control it, then one can be even in group of 100 men and yet not be attractive to any man. My teacher sensei kirtie made me aware that the women essence has a smell.
