SPIRITUAL HOT SPOTS

There was a man who made lot of money in the Silicon Valley. His friend stayed in Bombay. They met after so many years. The friend who stayed in Bombay said “hey you have made lot of money. What is the secret? the friend who made money said “I was in the right hot spot”.
In this world some places are financial hot spots and some places are not. This is very true. If one were to take the real hot spot in the last few years it will be Silicon Valley in California and also Bangalore in India, if one sees it astrally these spots would be filled with huge amount of energy. There are people who made money for example in Gujarat. That is why the great Ambani made lot of money or western parts of the India is a financial hot spot compared to other areas.

This is also true in the spiritual world. I know some people who would like run to badrinath or sit in the lap of himalayas. This is like choosing Bombay for financial success. You will grow but then these are not spiritual hot spots. Take the case of vimalananda the guru of Robert svoboday he lived in city. Take the case of yogananda parahamsa or vivekananda they were all asked to work in the city. This includes many saints. In fact bhagawan ramana’s place was accessible to people.
I was seeing the place khajaraho where the great temple was built on sexuality in the olden days. Now I would consider California as the hot spot of the tantra than any were in the world. There is no guru or action or even for that matter ritual in khajaraho. If anything is done in the temple Indian police will catch. Whereas in the beaches of Goa, many practice tantric sex without being caught.
Some one commented on American economy. They said that it is going down but the past momentum is carrying on. In the same way many of the ancient place or caves are not the places where there is lot of growth in spiritual life. For example the Bihar school of yoga can be said as the hot spot for hatha yoga which many people are not even aware. In the same way some of the places will carry on due to past momentum. If some one were to meditate in raniket were the great lahiri mahayasa worked it may not produce the same impact.
Men who are great in meditation can instinctively find the spiritual hot spots easily, effectively and effortlessly. One of hot spot I found was the vengaeswar temple where the great patanjali has installed the shivalinga. When you do remedial measure it has vow impact. this is true in music, dance or any kind of thing. Take the case of carnatic music. Chennai is the hot spot.
